Cheryl Rose
Cheryl has been active in Search and Rescue for the last 15 years as a K9 handler and has held various organizational positions. Her current K9’s include K9 Huli, certified in Human Remains Detection and K9 Hana, certified in Scent specific trailing.
A nurse by profession, she also holds certification as a paramedic and is a NASAR SAR Tech II. She has always believed in giving back to her community and this work allows her to just that.
Bryan Rose
Bryan has been active in Search and Rescue for the last 9 years as a K9 handler and officer. Prior to joining, he was an active hider, coming out weekly to be a subject for the team K9’s.
He currently is the handler of K9 Chase, an Area Search dog certified through the International Police Work Dog Association. He holds certifications as a SAR Tech II and a Pa State Certified paramedic.
Joslyn Tomlinson
Joslyn has been a Search and Rescue K9 handler for 6 years with her K9, Chi Rho, an 8-year-old German Shepard.
She holds a certification as a Search and Rescue Technician II (SARTECH II) and Chi Rho holds a certification for Wilderness Live Find from National Search Dog Alliance.
She is currently working to certify her young dog, Zeke, in live find as well.
Eve Robinson
Search and Rescue K9 Handler with 8 years of field experience, dedicated to locating and saving lives in critical situations.
Certified SAR Tech II with advanced training in air-scent operations, currently developing two working dogs Tonks & Remus.
Professionally, a veterinary nurse—bringing medical expertise, animal care knowledge and strong handler-dog partnership skills to every mission.
Kerrie Garges
Kerrie has been doing K9 SAR for the past 16 years. She is a LE for NASAR SARTECH 2, K9 Airscent and Article.
Over the years Kerrie has certified 4 K9s, 2 in Airscent, 1 trailing and 2 in Land HRD. She has attended many seminars over the years and taken classes for LPB, WFA, Alzheimer/Autism first responder training, WRSR,WRGT & WRGA.
Her current K9 is ICE which is single purpose HRD certified.
Tim Reihl
Luna is a Dogo Argentino currently training to certify in scent-specific-trailing. Her handler, Tim is an active police officer with 17 years experience. K9 Luna has spent the past two years developing the skills needed to locate missing and vulnerable individuals by following a specific person's unique scent trail.
Through consistent training, teamwork, and a strong bond, Tim and Luna are committed to serving their community and supporting search and rescue operations with professionalism, determination, and compassion. Every deployment and training opportunity strengthens their mission to help bring loved ones home safely.
